Winter Update: Garden Connect and Photo Galleries

These are cherry tomatoes.

It’s that time of the winter when the seed catalogs are starting to pile up, and I’m getting excited about my garden for next year. As I’ve mentioned before, I don’t plan to start posting regularly until I start planting in the spring, but here’s a quick update on what I’ve been up to recently.

First, I signed on for an interesting-looking project for next year. I’ll be part of a group of gardeners called Garden Connect. The idea is that everyone plants a 2-by-6 garden bed following the same plan, and blogs about the results. It should be interesting to see how different climates and different techniques affect the results. So, look for more about that project this spring.

Also, I’ve been organizing my photos from this past year, and I’ve put together a few photo galleries. To see them, just click on the menu item that says “More Garden Photos,” or follow this link: https://seedsmulchandweeds.com/garden-photos/. It’s kind of fun to look at tomato photos when there’s snow on the ground.

Happy Holidays!
