Garden Wrap Up: Frost on the Eggplant

Well, we’ve finally hit some lower temperatures, so the garden is pretty much done for the year. The chard is still going, but all my other plants were cold sensitive, so they are done producing. However, the garden produce will be with us for quite a while: I’ve been freezing the excess tomatoes and hot peppers all summer, so we have a ton of those to use this winter.

I may post occasionally over the winter months, but for the most part I’m done posting regular updates until it’s planting time next spring. Thanks for visiting this blog. It’s been a good year in the garden!
