So far this year, the list of things I’ve been able to harvest from the garden has been pretty short: radishes, rosemary blossoms. Do two things count as a list? Well, it doesn’t matter now, because I can add a few more. We’ve got lettuce, arugula, mustard and baby collard greens. For this salad, I threw in a few pea shoots (I thinned the peas today), plus a few rosemary blossoms (which are sticking around a surprisingly long time). If you look at the photo really carefully, you can also see a bug. I’m now especially glad I washed these greens before I ate them.
